Archway Global is led by Dr Sharon Gossage, a PhD-qualified regulatory strategist with more than 17 years of experience across biologicals, crop protection products and agricultural technologies. Experience spans industry, consultancy and regulatory authority roles, providing a practical understanding of both regulatory requirements and commercial realities.
Sharon’s regulatory authority experience includes time within the UK Health & Safety Executive’s Chemicals Regulation Division, assessing and approving agricultural products from the regulator’s side of the desk. That perspective now informs how she builds submissions and strategies for clients: anticipating what a reviewer will ask before they ask it.
From there, her career has moved through industry and consultancy roles leading dossier preparation and regulatory strategy for active constituents, product registrations and label expansions — work that has taken her across six regulatory regions and five continents, including the UK, Europe, Asia, Latin America — spanning both North and South America — Australia and New Zealand.
Archway Global was founded to bring that full-circle experience — industry, consultancy and regulator — to companies navigating market entry into Australia and New Zealand.
